Score ≥2 + H/CL ≥1.5 + absence of monoclonal gammopathy → ATTR diagnosis without biopsy (sens 97%, spec 100%)
How to use:
1. Load the 1-hour DICOM file (.dcm) — required for H/CL and Retention Index
2. Load the 3-hour DICOM file
3. Draw the heart ROI on the 1h panel by dragging (cover the full myocardium)
4. Click the center of the contralateral lung — radius locked to heart ROI (ASNC)
5. All 3h ROIs inherit the radius from 1h — single click to position them
6. Assign the Perugini Score on the 3h panel, then click Generate Report
Supported DICOM: Explicit/Implicit Little Endian uncompressed. For compressed files (JPEG, J2K, RLE): export uncompressed from PACS or load a JPG/PNG screenshot (Perugini Score only).
